Shears Akros Henschel CIB 1008

In late 2009, JSC "MEASURE" acquired shears firm Akros Henschel CIB 1008 for processing, transportation and further loading on ship oversize scrap with thickness less than 4 mm (oversized tin) and mixed scrap.

Shears AKROS series CIB, are designed to work with the highest loading, cutting force - 1,000 tons, are highly versatile, high operational safety, reduced specific energy and the relatively small amount of maintenance.

Scrap metal from the boot mold is poured into the press-chamber machine. Lateral press and press-compacted scrap cap, forming it into a block.

The prepared metal is fed to the head of the press-scissors with longitudinal-cylinder pushrod.

Shears in this series allow for greater bulk density and high accuracy cutting length settings.
